Jani Lane DEAD: LEAD SINGER OF WARRANT PASSES – Breaking Details

RSR is sad to report the passing of WARRANT front man Jani Lane. TMZ made the initial report that he was found dead in LA on Thursday at a Comfort Inn Motel in Woodland Hills. No cause of death has been released.

WARRANT was one of the better hair bands with hits like “Down Boys,” “Sometimes She Cries,” “Uncle Tom’s Cabin,” “Heaven,” and “Cherry Pie.” They were really a great band with some great tunes that anyone from my generation would appreciate.

As NIRVANA and grunge came in, the hair bands disappeared, but WARRANT resurfaced in 2008 with Lane on the microphone again. He would be featured on Celebrity Fit Club 2.
