Boxing News: "Golden" Jack Culcay Remains Undefeated

Highly touted junior middleweight prospect ‘Golden’ Jack Culcay (9-0, 5 KOs) dominated veteran Dee Mitchell of the UK by way of 10 round unanimous decision Saturday night in Herning, Denmark. The official scores of the bout were 99-91 and 100-90 twice. Culcay based out of Germany by way of his native Ambato, Ecuador went 10 rounds for the first in his career. The bout was Culcay’s first fight in nearly 5 months but he showed no signs of ring rust as he completely dominated Mitchell from beginning to end. A feat that was quite impressive being that Mitchell has 3 times as many fights as a professional than Culcay. Culcay is expected to have at least one more fight before the year’s end.
