I was just made aware of a video featuring a “hologram” UFO, reported to be part of the H.A.A.R.P program. I have yet to see any logical connection between the program and whatever it is that we are seeing in this video.

H.A.A.R.P., as many of you know, has been experimenting with manipulation of the weather for decades, and because this is something verifiable, the linkage to it somehow brings it validity. I’m sorry to report UFO fans, this video is a hoax. We are looking at CGI.

I sent the video below to a CGI video expert and he said the following: “The background of the video is very suspicious. It behaves in an odd manner, indicative of manipulation.”
