Funny man and former star of Laverne & Shirley Michael McKean, was hurt when he was struck by a car yesterday in NYC.McKean spokeswoman Harriet Sternberg tells AP he suffered a broken leg.

The actor, 64, was hit at West 86th Street and Broadway in Manhattan just before 3 p.m. McKean was taken to St. Luke’s hospital. Police say he was in stable condition.
