Face Eating Cannibal– HIGH ON BATH SALTS – FLESH EATING ZOMBIE SHOCKER

It was one of those news stories that just really capture the public’s imagination. Rudy Eugene, 31, was shot and killed by authorities when he was caught gnawing the face off of Ronald Poppo, 65, growling and snarling as he feasted on the flesh.

Poppo is still in critical condition after 75% of his face was eaten by Eugene. The crime is being linked to usage of a drug by the name of “Bath Salts,” which caused him to act in an insane fashion.

Bath Salts have street names like “Ivory Wave,” “Vanilla Sky,” “Bliss,” and “Purple Rain,” which caused numerous deaths and ER visits. It’s a synthetic, man-made drug, made from amphetamine-like chemicals.

Mark Ryan, director of Louisiana Poison Center, informed the New York Times that “if you take the worst attributes of meth, coke, PCP, LSD and Ecstasy and put them together, that’s what we’re seeing.”

Amazingly, these drugs are sold in convenience stores and on line. It’s not illegal everywhere either. They are sold with warnings that it is not meant for human consumption, but those that want to use it to get high know exactly what it does. It creates a mix of physical and psychological symptoms, including super human strength and paranoia.

The shocking cannibalistic attack has brought these items under fire and it is only a matter of time before they are off the market. There are too many incidents to ignore it at this point.
