10 Year Old KIDNAPPING & SEXUAL ASSAULT: 2 CHARGED – Breaking News

A 10-year-old girl was kidnapped and sexually assaulted in one of the most disgusting and terrifying cases of recent note. Two men, Tobias Summers, 30, and Daniel Martinez, 29, abducted her from her San Fernando Valley bedroom via knifepoint.

Summers is considered the leader of this duo and would go on to assault the child and force her to post for nude photos, later dropping her off after 12 hours of horror.

Both men that were involved with this have had run-ins with the law in the past. Summers has been in trouble for robbery, battery and grand theft auto. Martinez has been convicted of burglary and grand theft. Let’s hope that the rumored treatment of child abusers in prison is accurate and these two pay for their crime with more than just time in a cell.

Martinez was rounded up but Summers is still on the loose.
