Maryland Mall SHOOTING MOTIVE UPDATE: Mall Opens Up AFTER Darion Aguilar SHOOTING RAMPAGE – Breaking News

The Mall in Columbia, Maryland, will reopen today at 1 PM. On Saturday, Darion Aguilar, 19, fatally shot two people at Zumiez, a store that caters to skaters and snowboarders and then took his own life. The two that were murdered were Brianna Benlolo, 21, and Tyler Johnson, 25, and the authorities are currently seeking a connection between Aguilar and the two as well as a motive.

The shooter was described as a “quiet skinny teen”, and he has had no other issues with the law. He would walk into the mall with a 12-gauge shotgun and opened fire before turning it on himself. He also came into the building with several explosive devices in a backpack he brought with him.

There will be more details to come as the authorities explore the life of the shooter. As of now, it will be business as usual as The Mall reopens today and the community attempts to return to normal life. Stay tuned…
