David Price SHOCKER – Boxing News

Ondrej Pala (32-4, 22 KOs) has been confirmed as the latest opponent for British heavyweight David Price (16-2, 14 KOs). The pair will meet in an eight-round contest on the Huck-Larghetti undercard at the Velodrom in Berlin on March 29th.

David Price: This is exactly the type of fight I need. Pala is a guy who isn’t afraid to come forward and trade. We saw this when he fought Chisora. Although Dereck got the stoppage, Pala was holding his own and I don’t think he was ever in any real trouble, he just got spun into the corner and the fight was waved off. Now its my turn. I’m in great shape. Everything has been going really well in the gym with Tommy (Brooks). I am looking forward to getting in there and exchanging blows with this guy. I am confident that on March 29th I am going to get the job done.
