P4P Champion Floyd Mayweather, JR. has told Ben Thompson of Fighthype.com that there is trouble on “Team Mayweather” and one person under the microscope is Leonard Ellerbe, CEO of Mayweather Promotions. Many over the years, have called Ellerbe, “A glorified cheerleader”. This was never more evident when he tried to mean mug Larry Merchant a few years ago when Floyd and Merchant, who at the time, was interviewing Mayweather in a post fight interview that went viral after they got into it.

First thought, is change is always good…. So maybe with change, the boxing world will see Floyd Mayweather, JR. going out of the sport with only big names for the rest of his career that merit being in the ring with him.
