An arrest warrant has been issued for WWE Superstar Heath Slater (real name Heath Miller) by Atlanta police after an alleged incident at a WrestleMania 27 after party back in 2011. The news is currently being reported by Atlanta’s Fox 5 station.

Slater is being accused of putting Corinne Oliver, who worked security for the event, in a chokehold and attempting to force her in an elevator to drag her back to his room at the Hyatt Regency. She claims that the alleged attacked caused damage to five vertebrae in her back.

The incidient was said to be reported the morning after the incident occurred to her supervisor. A police report was not filed until three months later. Oliver says that she waited for her supervisors at Allied Barton Securities to file the police report, and they never did. She also stated that other WWE Superstars witnessed the incident and did not help her.

WWE attorney Jerry McDevitt issued a statement which said the charges are being filed against Slater as an individual and not against the company itself. The charge in the police report is described as “simple assault/battery.”
