Look my wrestling flock, if “BRJ” says it, it’s so! I had a friend back in my slanging and banging days of the 70’s who turned into a buster that I cut loose, and always said, “I have five fingers and when I lose a friend, I add one to get my finger back”. I think that guy was digging in his ass and nose with his finger, I’m telling you. He asked me the dumbest things like, “BRJ”, does the doctor ask your corner man if he can stop a wrestling match? Cornerman? We have no cornerman so you get the point how slow this cat was. One day, I was in the gym working out with the great one, Rowdy Roddy Piper and “Pipes” as I called him, comes over to tell me there is some dufus by the locker room door trying to hug his neck and telling him waited 35 years to do it! Yes, wrestling folks, I have seen some strange things and stranger folks on my wrestling journey.

Let’s talk about this last “Survivor Series”. Monday’s post-Survivor Series WWE Raw drew 2.964 million viewers, down from last week’s 3.293 million viewers and a new non-holiday record low. The final rating for the show was a 2.16, down from last week’s 2.28. You are wondering why? It’s because the storylines are not there and though we have many, we don’t have enough charismatic wrestlers donning their Speedos like we did in my day! Plain and simple wrestling fans. Vinnie Mac needs to talk with “BRJ” and within six months, his ratings will double. So it has been said, so it has been said. I am off to pile drive a few folks off the top rope in my gym.
