Luis Ortiz represents a clear and present danger to any heavyweight fighter out there right now. In recent months this Cuban monster in exile has twice climbed his way up the side of Empire State Building and thrown solid heavyweights Bryant Jennings and Tony Thompson off the top. Let me ask you this. Who is gonna stop him?

Listen. You used to be able to call on the heavyweight champion of the world to deal with any dangerous contender that appeared on the scene. In this day and age of splintered titles, some so called champions have got their heads in the sand and will do anything to avoid legitimate challenges, BUT they still want the adulation that goes with wearing a belt? Really? GTFOH! Earn your stripes by dealing with the most dangerous contenders. That’s how you get the respect of the fans! King Kong is that guy right now. The question remains. Who’s going to STEP UP and meet the challenge? At the rate things are going we might have to call the Coast Guard.

I don’t know about you, but I’m real excited by the prospect of Errol “The Truth” Spence and Chris Algieri going at it on April 16th, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. I’ve got a feeling in my water that Algieri will give the former Olympian all he can handle. Waiter! Where’s the restroom?
