Oy Vay are you going to hear it today…It’s a beautiful 85 degrees on Key Biscayne and time to write before Sadie is in my office breaking my bagels, with her latest purchase from Bal Harbour! I just heard the door open.

Gennady “GGG” Golovkin – Canelo Alvarez… I watched the Pay Per Screw between Alvarez and a game, but outweighed and zero chance to win really, Amir Khan. Yes, I do agree Khan was winning the first few rounds, but the punch that took him out was always coming. I give Khan lots of credit for having the balls to step up. But that is where it ends. The outcome was never in doubt. Now with that said, Oscar De La Hoya get off your ass and make the bout or don’t call yourself a promoter. There is only one fight everyone wants to see at 160 and that is this fight!

Tyson Fury… Love him or hate, I happen to love the kid, he is hilarious with his nonsense at press conferences. He should run for English Parliament!

Harold Johnson… One word, WARRIOR! I miss true fighters like this gentleman. RIP…

Lee Marvin… One tough SOB, one fantastic actor. We lost him way too soon. Here are my top five Marvin movies of all time.
5. The Delta Force
4. The Dirty Dozen
3. Pocket Money
2. Cat Ballou
1. Bad Day At Black Rock

My Pal Al (“Bad” Brad’s Father)… Every May back in our younger days, Al and I would take a trip to New York City. We ate at all the mobbed up spots in Little Italy where Al used to hang and was beloved. I truly miss the best food and conversation with my pal Al I ever had.

The Chutzpah Award… The Chutzpah Award Posthumously Goes to Gene Kelly. He could dance, act and even carry a note. Listen to For Me And My Gal. He also fought for dancers to have more parts in Hollywood and not to have their creative control stifled. I met Gene years ago with Al at all places, the premiere of Viva Knievel, where he co-starred with Evel. He was a true gentleman and very witty.Gene Kelly
