The natural human reaction is to root for the underdog. We love stories of those down and out rebounding to reclaim glory and success and that is exactly what we saw when a homeless man named “Ted Williams” became a youtube hit with his great radio voice. The video led to a paying radio gig and then an unfortunate return his old habits leading to rehab.

Nasty run ins with his family made the news…and as the media often does, it seems that they were just as quick to tear him down as they were to build him up. Williams has vowed to make everything right and claimed that his family problems are “behind him.” Hopefully he can capitalize on his quick run as a youtube hit, straighten out his life, and stay on track.
