Adrianne Palicki: Wonder Woman Breaking News

The star of FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS, Adrianne Palicki has won the role of “Wonder Woman.” She has been cast as the title character in the NBC Pilot. Superhero fever is spreading and NBC is capitalizing on the popularity with this show, bringing back a popular character that has already had a successful TV run. Will the people be as receptive in 2011?
Palicki is part of a remake of RED DAWN and also was part of a show on FOX called “LONE STAR.”
The original Wonder Woman, Lynda Carter, was something else and very popular, capturing the imagination of the public. We will have to wait and see if Palicki can repeat the success.
