Wladimir Klitschko – David Haye Set: Breaking News

By Geno McGahee

The IBO/IBF/WBO Heavyweight Champion, Wladimir Klitschko, 55-3, 49 KO’s, and WBA Heavyweight Champion David Haye, 25-1, 23 KO’s, have tentatively agreed to a unifier on July 2nd. The two have been in a verbal war for quite some time now and the bout has fallen through on two separate occasions, but now it seems like it is going to go through, but there is a wildcard in this: Dereck Chisora.

On April 30th, Wlad must defend against undefeated aggressor, Chisora, and if he is looking ahead to adding the WBA title to his collection he could be upset. Chisora has some skills, is confident, and has some pop in his punches. He’s not a guy to look beyond. Should Wlad succeed in his defense, expect Haye to be next and the division to begin clearing up.
