Casey Anthony said that her daughter Caylee was the \u201ctop point\u201d in the family\u2019s star and stated that they would all be back together soon, according to the jailhouse videos of their meetings, during the time she was behind bars in 2008. <\/p>\n

Today, the conversations were shown in an Orlando courtroom, on the 9th day of the trial, where Casey Anthony faces the death penalty if convicted of the first degree murder of her daughter Caylee, whose body has been found, the skeletal remains.<\/p>\n

The majority of the past two days, the jury watched videotaped conversations between Anthony and several members of her family. Casey\u2019s emotions varied. At times, she cried, at times she laughed, but she made it clear that she wanted to come home. She would thank her parents, George and Cindy for all they were doing to help her.<\/p>\n

The continual deceptions by Casey have made her a hard sale for the defense. The stance is that young Caylee found her way into a swimming pool and drowned. It was then covered up by George Anthony, Casey\u2019s father. George and Lee, Casey\u2019s brother, have both been accused of molestation by the defense, in what most believe is an attempt to create sympathy for her.<\/p>\n

Casey has not helped her case with her courtroom demeanor. As her mother sobbed on the stand, listening to the 911 call, she sat without emotion. That same lack of emotion was present when she spoke to the authorities over the phone and stated that her daughter had been missing for 31 days, but she knew that her nanny had kidnapped her. This nanny seems to have been created by Casey.<\/p>\n

The police interview was played for the jury yesterday, where Casey lied several times, including leading them to Universal Orlando, claiming that she worked there, which she did not. She has a history of lying and as we progressing through the 9th day of trial, her future looks bleak.<\/p>\n
