The Prosecution objected immediately and Judge Belvin Perry instructed the jury to leave for lunch. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Seubert would tell the court that George Anthony and Lee Anthony had both been excluded from being the father of Caylee through paternity testing.<\/p>\n<p>The Defense continued but did not press the matter. The Jury did not get the paternity results regarding George Anthony, which may be a good thing for the defense. They are in the process of painting George as a monster. Casey has accused her father of molesting her and of covering up the death of Caylee, who she claims drowned in a swimming pool. It is the \u201cBad Parent\u201d defense, most famous with the Menendez brothers, and thus far, it has not worked, but the Defense has just gotten to work.<\/p>\n<p>Baez is playing hardball and is fighting very hard to get his client off.
