After six long years, the House Ways and Means Committee finally has Donald Trump\u2019s federal tax returns. The review of the documents is not expected to take place this session nor is it likely they will be released to the public immediately.<\/p>\n<p>If I were the Democrats I would already start reviewing some of Trump\u2019s most secretive personal documents. This is a guy who kept top secret classified documents at his desk, yet wouldn\u2019t let a single soul see his tax returns. That tells me there\u2019s a lot that\u2019s going to be revealed on the former guy\u2019s billionaire status. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday a Treasury spokesperson told CNN the &#8220;Treasury has complied with last week&#8217;s court decision.\u201d No additional information was given. Federal courts decided the House could request six years of Trump&#8217;s returns. Court records show the committee previously requested the returns in 2019 as well as in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve got a feeling things are about to get interesting very soon.
