Tobey Maguire, star of SPIDER-MAN is in some hot water. He was apparently involved in a multi-million dollar illegal poker game. He is named in a lawsuit, filed by the United States Bankruptcy Court in LA.<\/p>\n

He won more than 300 grand from Brad Ruderman, a Beverly Hills Hedge Fund manager that was reportedly embezzling funds through a Ponzi scheme to pay off his debts.<\/p>\n

These poker games were very exclusive and by invite only, but RSR was contacted by one of the men that sat down and played across from Tobey Maguire for his thoughts on the lawsuit and game itself.<\/p>\n

\u201cI sat across from Mr. Spider-Man and he\u2019s good. He\u2019s damn good. He has that poker face and I\u2019m not talking about the Lady Gaga definition either! I had a couple of queens in my hand and thought I was in good standing, but Maguire just eye-balled me and then smirked and said \u2018I am going to beat you like I beat the Green Goblin mother f@#$er!\u2019 I was terrified but I stood my ground and when the river hit, I beat him. Maguire then gave me that look and said \u2018I\u2019m going to wipe you out just like I did to the Sandman\u2019 and he did just that. He walked out with all my money. His Spidey senses are strong, but he won the money fair and square. This suit should be dropped.\u201d \u2013 Jake \u201cThe Snake\u201d Cesar Chavez<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
