He\u2019s had enough and this Sunday, the tension in the courtroom could be felt.  Baez ended up apologizing to Ashton with some pressure from the judge. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Baez complained that Ashton was making facial expressions during his closing argument, referring to him as \u201cthe laughing guy.\u201d  The tapes of the lawyers behavior was reviewed by the judge, and after Ashton was shown smiling during the proceedings, he did apologize for it.<\/p>\n<p>Perry has accepted the apologies but stated: &#8220;If it happens again, the remedy will be exclusion of that attorney from further representation at these proceedings,&#8221; Perry said. &#8220;Enough is enough.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The verdict should be coming soon\u2026Casey Anthony\u2019s future will be decided.
