He turned pro in 1981 and won world championships in three weight divisions \u2013 junior middleweight, middleweight and light heavyweight. Nicknamed \u201cThe Body Snatcher\u201d for his fierce body attack, he defeated Milton McCrory, Herol Graham, Steve Collins, Jeff Harding and Hall of Famers Julian Jackson, Donald Curry among others. McCallum retired in 1997 with a record of 49-5-1 (36 KOs).<\/p>\n<p>In 2003, McCallum was elected into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
