He was 74.<\/p>\n<p>He was born on April 12, 1951, in Greenwich, Connecticut and was 6-foot-5.<\/p>\n<p>In movies he earned a reputation for playing frightening villains.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>He was serial killer Francis Dollarhyde in \u201cManhunter\u201d, Frankenstein\u2019s monster in \u201cThe Monster Squad\u201d, Cain in \u201cRoboCop\u201d, The Ripper in \u201cLast Action Hero\u201d and Kelso in \u201cHeat\u201d.<br \/>\nOther movie credits included \u201cSynecdoche\u201d and \u201cThe Pledge\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>He wrote two plays that were made into movies: \u201cWhat Happened Was\u2026\u201d and \u201cThe Wife\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In \u201cAnomalisa\u201d he gave his voice to all the supporting characters.<\/p>\n<p>Tom Noonan is survived by his ex-wife Karen Young, daughter Wanda and a son.<\/p>\n<p>Ringside Report sends their condolences to The Noonan Family in their time of grief.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
