He was 53. His death comes 10 months after he made public he had ALS also known as Lou Gehrig\u2019s Disease.<\/p>\n<p>He starred as Cal Jacobs on hit HBO teen drama show \u201cEuphoria\u201d. But he was perhaps best known as Dr Mark Sloan, or &#8216;Dr McSteamy&#8217;, on medical drama \u201cGrey\u2019s Anatomy\u201d. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Other TV roles iinclude Jason Dean in \u201cCharmed\u201d, and Captain Tom Chandler in \u201cThe Last Ship\u201d. His movie credits include \u201cMarley &amp; Me\u201d, \u201cValentine\u2019s Day\u201d and \u201cBurlesque\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by his wife Rebecca Gayheart, and his two daughters, Billie and Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Ringside Report sends their condolences to The Dane Family in their time of grief.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
