He was 71.<\/p>\n<p>He took his own life after struggling with Bipolar Disorder for two decades. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The actor, born on 24 March, 1954, was a member of the Carradine dynasty with father John and older brothers David, Keith and Christopher.<\/p>\n<p>He made his movie debut in \u201cThe Cowboys\u201d with John Wayne and went on to star in \u201cComing Home\u201d and \u201cMean Streets\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>With his brothers he played in Walter Hill\u2019s \u201cThe Long Riders\u201d, but he became best known as the head nerd Lewis Skolnick in \u201cRevenge of the Nerds\u201d, also starring Anthony Edwards.<br \/>\nA new generation of fans discovered him as the father in the \u201cLizzie McGuire\u201d series.<\/p>\n<p>David Carradine is survived by his children, grandchildren, brothers, nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n<p>Ringside Report sends their condolences to The Carradine Family in their time of grief.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
