David Wu.  The Oregonian reported last week that the young daughter of a Wu campaign donor called the congressman\u2019s office and accused him of an \u201cunwanted sexual encounter.\u201d <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Wu has stated that the incident did occur but it was consensual. &#8220;With deep disappointment and sadness about this situation, I hope that the Ethics Committee will take up this matter,&#8221; Pelosi, the minority leader, stated on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Wu has been under the microscope lately for some strange behavior which included sending staffers pictures of himself posing in a tiger costume.
