We brought her back in the event the appellate court rules sometime this week. And we&#8217;re going to follow the letter of the law,&#8221; Baez stated to FOX News.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Casey was ordered back to Florida by Judge Belvin Perry to serve her year\u2019s probation for a check fraud case, where she stole checks from one of her best friends and went on a shopping spree.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cnot guilty\u201d verdict shook the viewers that were so certain that she would be going away for a long time for the death of her 2 year old daughter, Caylee.  Anthony has dealt with death threats and the continued negative coverage by the media, despite being found innocent by a jury of her peers.  The majority seems to think that she is guilty and are still waiting for justice.  One follower of the Anthony case stated that he was \u201csteaming mad,\u201d which is the general feeling of the majority that are lingering around the courthouse.<\/p>\n<p>The justice may be one of these fanatics seeking her out to hurt her and there have been plenty of self-appointed avengers that are willing to do it, which is why she is fearful of staying in Florida.  She will be forced to stay there though for a year and abide by the rules of probation.
