According to authorities, he abducted his 5 year old and 3 year old son as they walked home with their mother and drowned them both.<\/p>\n<p>According to police reports, Muhammad forced his children and their mother into his car by threatening them with a brick.  His wife would jump out of the car at an intersection when she was a police officer drive up.  She ran to the police and told him what was going on.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Muhammad\u2019s mother, Naimah Muhammad, called 911 later on and reported that her grandchildren had drowned.  Her son brought her to the bodies at a nearby creek.<\/p>\n<p>Muhammad, 32, has a long history of run-ins with the police, some of which are violent felonies. He has convictions for marijuana possession and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
