Escobedo scored a knockdown of Juarez with a jab in round three, but Juarez recovered well and staggered Escobedo with a big left hook in the sixth.<!--more--> Escobedo was hurt, but saved by the bell. Both fighters battled hard for the full ten rounds and the bout seemed closer than the scores of 98-91, 97-92, 96-93.<\/p>\n<p>Junior lightweight Adam \u201cEl Torito\u201d Carrera (20-4, 8 KOs) outpointed Adolfo \u201cTerror\u201d Landeros (20-22-2, 10 KOs) over six rounds.
