The officers tried to handcuff Gilberto Powell, which prompted a violent confrontation. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The bulge was determined to be a colostomy bag. A lawsuit against the police is expected and it is another example of the police work that leaves a bad taste in the mouths of the public.
