I just had the opportunity to watch Wrestling\u2019s Most Over Babyface & Effective Heel DVD from Kayfabe Commentaries, featuring the viewer\u2019s choice top 5 good guy and bad guys lists, with comments from some of the more notable wrestlers of our time.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a 2 Show DVD, and each one is very entertaining. We have Chyna, The Masked Superstar, Repo Man (Barry Darsow), Honky Tonk Man, Doink, JJ Dillion, Road Warrior Animal, Tammy \u201cSunny\u201d Sytch and more, all giving their commentary on the decisions made by the voters, and I, along with them were rather surprised by the selections made.<\/p>\n

The entertainment value of the people involved is what makes this DVD entertaining more than anything else. The insight from the wrestlers and the reactions when told just which guy made the list was rather amusing. I have to say that I have always like Maria Kanellis when she was in the WWE, but she was really annoying here\u2026you can tolerate her because her chest is nearly popping out of her shirt, but her knowledge of wrestling isn\u2019t that much and her comments add zero to this production.<\/p>\n

Billy Gunn seemed too happy to be interviewed and thinks he is a lot funnier then he is, which makes him the second most annoying person out of this group, BUT thankfully, if you can ignore them, and I did, this is a great thing to watch if you are a wrestling fan.<\/p>\n

The pacing of the show is rather good and this is exactly what you would expect from a viewer\u2019s choice sort of show. You get the more recent stuff because the computer generation isn\u2019t the generation that was cheering for Bruno Sammartino. You get and I expected much of the WWE Attitude Generation guys, but it did make for good conversation points with the wrestlers. You also get an idea of why some of these guys involved with this production were so popular. They were still entertaining.<\/p>\n

I recommend this double show DVD for any wrestling fan, young or old. It is a shame that copyrights exist and that they couldn\u2019t use any WWE\/WCW footage, but they were able to produce an interesting documentary countdown with some of the great names of the past and I really enjoyed it.<\/p>\n
