She is reportedly hiding out, as the attempts are being made to hit her with a defamation lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>Anthony has been missing in action since she was acquitted of the murder, manslaughter and aggravated child abuse of 2 year old Caylee, in 2011. She once pointed to a nanny as the possible kidnapper of her daughter, leading to a fictitious character named \u201cZenaida Fernandez Gonzalez,\u201d but a real person named \u201cZenaida Gonzalez\u201d wants to get paid for all of the harassment she received due to the high profile case. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Casey\u2019s lawyer has sated that the fake name is not an exact match and therefore, there was no defamation. It\u2019s going to be a tough battle to prove that Anthony is guilty of this. A trial date is set for January and you can expect Casey to walk away again with a victory.<\/p>\n<p>In other news, there will be a Casey Anthony movie\u2026but it won\u2019t be porn.
