The always-exciting, hard-hitting WBC Interim Super Lightweight World Champion Lucas Matthysse<\/strong> (32-2, 30 KO\u2019s), of Trelew, Argentina, will defend against confident, upset-minded Mike \u201cThe Silent Assassin\u201d Dallas Jr. <\/strong>(19-2-1, 8 KOs), of Bakersfield, Calif., in the main event on SHOWTIME CHAMPIONSHIP BOXING live on SHOWTIME\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> (10 p.m. ET\/PT, delayed on the West Coast).<\/p>\n

In what will be an exciting co-feature, Selcuk Aydin<\/strong> (23-1, 17 KO\u2019s), of Trabzon, Turkey, will be opposed by Jesus Soto Karass<\/strong> (26-8-3, 17 KO\u2019s), of Los Mochis, Mexico, in a 10-round junior middleweight match. \u00a0Jermell Charlo<\/strong> (19-0, 9 KO\u2019s), of Houston, Texas, collides with Harry Joe Yorgey<\/strong> (25-1-1, 12 KO\u2019s), ofBridgeport,Pa., for the vacant WBC Continental Americas Super Welterweight Title in the opening bout of the SHOWTIME telecast.<\/p>\n

The main event on SHOWTIME EXTREME (8 p.m. ET\/PT) will pit unbeaten 2008 Mexican Olympian Francisco Vargas<\/strong> (13-0, 10 KO\u2019s) against Ira Terry<\/strong> (26-10, 16 KO\u2019s), of Memphis, Tenn., in a 10-round junior lightweight bout.\u00a0 Philadelphia\u2019s Julian Williams<\/strong> (10-0-1, 5 KO\u2019s) takes on Jeremiah Wiggins<\/strong> (10-1-1, 5 KO\u2019s), ofNewport News,Va., in an eight-round super welterweight SHO EXTREME opener.<\/p>\n
