Dubbed \u201cNo Excuses\u201d and presented by Valcourt Building Services, the event will showcase seven professional bouts featuring many of the region\u2019s best fighters. Tickets can be purchased at all Ticketmaster outlets, including the Patriot Center box office, with prices starting at $35.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Lange looks to get back on the winning track after losing his World Boxing Council (WBC) USNBC Championship title to Chase Shields in a 12-round decision last March. The opponent for Lange, who also held the WBC\u2019s Continental Americas 154-pound belt, has not yet been named. One of the region\u2019s top draws based on his attractive fighting style, tremendous heart and overall positive character, Lange has gone 6-2-1 in front of large crowds as the Patriot Center headliner over the past six years. The Bishop O\u2019Connell graduate was showcased on the first season of the NBC reality boxing TV series The Contender. His bout will be a 10-round contest.<\/p>\n<p>The eight-round co-main event promises to be an exciting welterweight (non-title) showdown between Baltimore\u2019s Tim \u201cPitt Bull\u201d Coleman (17-1-1, 4 KOs) and tough southpaw Damian Fuller (30-7-1, 14 KOs) of Detroit. Coleman is coming off a win against Mike Arnaoutis for the vacant United States Boxing Association (USBA) 140-pound belt last December. Meanwhile, veteran southpaw Fuller lost to world contender Lamont Peterson in his most recent fight held April 10, 2010. Both have fought previously at the Patriot Center \u2013 Coleman won his third pro fight impressively against Spencer Harsley on September 17, 2005, while Fuller successfully beat another \u201cPitt Bull\u201d, Dean White, on the May 12, 2007 card.<\/p>\n<p>Fighting out of LA Boxing (Chantilly, Reston\/Herndon and Woodbridge), Jennifer Salinas (11-1, 4 KOs) of Manassas, VA will fight in a six-round contest against an undetermined opponent. Tough and talented with beauty to match, \u201cThe Bolivian Queen\u201d has developed a strong following in the region when she returned to the ring in 2009 after giving birth to her second child in 2008.<\/p>\n<p>In his first four pro fights, Juan \u201cThe Savior\u201d Rodriguez (4-0, 4 KOs) of Haymarket, VA has rarely been tested, scoring knock outs of each opponent \u2014 three before the end of round one. Training out of Olympic Boxing Center in Falls Church, VA, the 20-year old fighter\u2019s reputation as one of the best welterweight prospects continues to grow, drawing notice from around the boxing world. His nickname pays homage to his parents who are natives of El Salvador. Dontre King (2-7-1, 1 KOs) of Cambridge, MD, a tough competitor with deceptive ring record, will face Rodriguez in a six-round welterweight contest.<\/p>\n<p>After recording what many believe was the beltway\u2019s top knockout of 2009, Tony \u201cMo Better\u201d Jeter (9-2, 8 KOs) of Columbia, MD is poised to bring his punching prowess back to the Patriot Center to face Reston, VA\u2019s Lawrence Jones (3-2-1, 1 KO) in a six-round middleweight bout. Training out of Severna Park, MD\u2019s Club One Fitness, Jeter dropped Keith Gross with one punch on the September 26, 2009 Patriot Center card, instantly becoming the talk of the Beltway boxing community. Since returning to the pro ranks after a three-year layoff from 2005 to 2008, Jeter has gone undefeated in five bouts. In his last contest, Jones, representing LA Boxing, earned a split decision win over Vincent Batteast in a heavily-contested affair last March in Fairfax.<\/p>\n<p>Promising middleweight prospect Brandon Quarles from Alexandria Boxing Club, who boasts 40 amateur wins and Golden Gloves experience, will make his professional debut against Vince \u201cThe Beast\u201d Batteast (1-2-1) of Annapolis, MD in a four-round middleweight contest.<\/p>\n<p>Doors open at 6:30 pm with the first fight set for 7:30 pm.
