\"\"<\/a>Telltale Games, leading publisher of digital entertainment, announced today that\u00a0the award-winning game series\u00a0The Walking Dead\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0will soon be available for purchase from European, Australian and New Zealand retailers on Xbox 360\u00ae video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation\u00ae3 computer entertainment system, and PC.<\/p>\n

The Walking Dead<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0game was originally an English-only digital download when the series debuted in April 2012. This new retail release, set to launch on May 10th, includes subtitled versions in French, Italian, German and Spanish for the first time. It\u00a0compiles all 5 episodes in the critically-acclaimed first season of the game on one disc.<\/p>\n

The Walking Dead<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0has earned\u00a0\u00a0Game of the Year<\/strong>\u00a0honors from over 80 media outlets including\u00a0\u00a0Metacritic<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0USA Today<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0\u00a0Wired<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0E! Online<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0Yahoo!<\/em><\/strong>,The Telegraph<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0Mashable<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0Polygon<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0and\u00a0\u00a0GamesRadar<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0and recently won the\u00a0BAFTA Video Games Awards<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0\u00a0Best Story<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0\u00a0Best Mobile Game<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Walking Dead\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>is set in the world of Robert Kirkman’s award-winning comic book series.\u00a0 Players experience life-changing events, meeting new characters and some familiar to fans of the comic book series, in events that foreshadow the story of Deputy Sheriff Rick Grimes.\u00a0The Walking Dead<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0offers an emotionally-charged, tailored game experience – a player’s actions and choices affect how their story plays out across the entire series.<\/p>\n

The Walking Dead\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>is rated ’18’ for ‘extreme violence, violence towards defenceless people and strong language’ by PEGI,\u00a0‘MA 15+’ (Restricted) for ‘strong themes and horror violence’ by the Australian Classification Board, ‘R16’ for ‘violence, offensive language and horror’ by the New Zealand Office of Film and Literature Classification.<\/p>\n
