(NASDAQ: EA) announced today that EA SPORTS\u2122 has secured licensing agreements with 19 of the top football clubs from Brazil, ensuring each officially licensed club will feature the authentic club crest, kits and players in-game.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.easports.com\/uk\/fifa\" target=\"_new\"><em>FIFA 14<\/em><\/a>\u00a0will feature over 30 leagues, more than 600 clubs, and 16,000 players.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re very excited to bring the stars of the top Brazilian clubs into our games,\u201d said David Rutter, Executive Producer of the FIFA franchise. \u201cFor all our fans that support and love Brazilian football, this will only add to the authentic FIFA experience they enjoy, and the additional clubs will bring undiscovered players from Brazil into the FIFA Ultimate Team universe.\u201d<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>FIFA 14<\/em>\u00a0will feature nearly twice as many officially licensed Brazilian clubs over the last iteration of the game, including 18 teams from the S\u00e9rie A.\u00a0 The 19 Brazilian clubs who have been officially licensed and will be showcased in-game are: Atl\u00e9tico Mineiro, Atl\u00e9tico Paranaense, Botafogo, Coritiba, Crici\u00fama, Cruzeiro, Flamengo, Fluminense, Goi\u00e1s, Gr\u00eamio, Internacional, N\u00e1utico, Palmeiras, Ponte Preta, Portuguesa, Santos, S\u00e3o Paulo, Vasco da Gama, and Vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n<p>Additional new league and club licenses will be announced prior to\u00a0<em>FIFA 14\u2019s<\/em>release in North America on September 24 and worldwide on September 27. The game will also be available on Xbox One\u00ae, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and the PlayStation\u00ae4 later this year.<em>FIFA 14<\/em>\u00a0is available for pre-order* on selected platforms now at<a href=\"http:\/\/www.origin.com\/\" target=\"_new\">http:\/\/www.origin.com<\/a>\u00a0and other retailers.<\/p>\n<p><em>FIFA Ultimate Team<\/em>\u00a0is the most popular game mode within EA SPORTS\u00a0<em>FIFA<\/em>that reflects the best recent real-world performances of the world\u2019s best players\u00a0<em>.\u00a0<\/em>Over 3.4 million games of\u00a0<em>FIFA Ultimate Team<\/em>\u00a0are played daily, and over 17 million footballers are transferred through the transfer market on a daily basis, as millions of fans re-shape their squads based on the real-world performances of their favorite players.<\/p>\n<p><em>FIFA 14**,\u00a0<\/em>developed at EA Canada, will be available on the Xbox 360\u00ae games and entertainment system with Kinect\u2122 from Microsoft, PlayStation\u00ae3 computer entertainment system with PlayStation Move support, Windows\u00ae PC, Nintendo Wii\u2122, Nintendo 3DS\u2122***, PlayStation\u00aeVita handheld entertainment system, PlayStation\u00ae2 computer entertainment system, and PSP\u00ae (PlayStation\u00aePortable).
