On Friday, the police arrested Richardson, JR., and charged him with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm on school property, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury and discharging a firearm within city limits. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The victim was 15-years-old and was hospitalized. His injuries are not life threatening. The motive at this time is unknown, but expect more details in the days to come.
