New and old fans of the series can now completely immerse themselves in this epic finale to Lightning\u2019s saga.<\/p>\n

Featuring a brand-new story, world, characters and an enhanced gameplay system, LIGHTNING RETURNS: FINAL FANTASY XIII <\/em> allows players direct control over iconic heroine in a constantly moving, expansive environment, as she quests to save a doomed world from complete destruction.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe wanted to create a conclusive title with LIGHTNING RETURNS: FINAL FANTASY XIII \u2013 <\/em> one that not only ties up Lightning\u2019s storyline, but also provides players an extremely memorable and aesthetically visual gameplay experience,\u201d said Yoshinori Kitase, producer. \u201cWe thank the community for their invaluable feedback during development, and are excited for fans to dive deep into this new FINAL FANTASY universe.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additional downloadable content (DLC), including a TOMB RAIDER<\/em> \u201cLara Croft\u201d costume and Yuna\u2019s \u201cSphere Hunter\u201d costume from FINAL FANTASY X-2 <\/em> provide more ways for players to extend their experience. Both DLC will be available for $3.99. Additionally, original Japanese Voice-Overs are available from today until February 25 as a free download. Following this two-week period, the Japanese Voice-Over Pack will be available for $3.99.<\/p>\n

The collector\u2019s edition will be available in limited quantities for both platforms and will be sold exclusively at the Square Enix Online Store<\/a> for $89.99.<\/p>\n
