Coming up here, you have to be tough or you will be run over by others.\u201d&#8211;Hank Lundy<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cHammerin\u201d Hank Lundy is one of those Philadelphia fighters who at times, flies under the radar, but don\u2019t let that fool you. He is primed and ready for his shot at a world championship title. He feels that it\u2019s just around the corner in his boxing career.<\/p>\n<p>Rated at number #2, in the WBC, he has to play the waiting game, but boxing fans should find out very soon when the call to fight comes in.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>BB: Your last fight was in May of this year when you knocked out Gerado Cuevas in two rounds. What\u2019s up next in your boxing career?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That fight put me in line to for a title in the lightweight division where I am ranked number #2 by the World Boxing Council (WBC)<\/p>\n<p><strong>BB: Being a Philly fighter, what separates you from your peers in other cities?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Being from Philly, fighting is in everyone\u2019s blood. Coming up here, you have to be tough or you will be run over by others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BB: To date, who was your toughest opponent and why?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My toughest opponent was Damien Antoine, but in the end, I won a six round unanimous decision over him.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BB: If you could face any fighter in the history of the junior welterweight division, who would you choose and what do you think the outcome would be?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I would like to face, Gypsy Joe Harris, Henry Armstrong , Sugar Shane Mosley, Sugar Ray Leonard and Sugar Ray Robinson. It would be a war with all of them because they could box and fight. May the best man win!<\/p>\n<p><strong>BB: Do you favor a mandatory retirement fund for all boxers and if so, how do you think it could finally be accomplished?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, I do support it.
