Sadly, he would pass on shortly after the filming.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Despite the recent comments of Christopher Nolan, where he stated that he would not be involved in another Batman movie, Christian Bale has stepped forward, remarking that he would continue the series with or without Nolan, surprising some.<\/p>\n<p>Some doubt that Nolan would turn down another huge payday and opportunity to direct another Batman movie after DARK KNIGHT RISING and that his recent comments may be a power play to turn a bigger buck.
