Richards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a recent interview with TV Show host Oprah Winfrey, First Lady Michelle Obama says the biggest challenge with helping military families is the fact that they rarely ask for help.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They never ask for help because you don&#8217;t do that when you&#8217;re in the military,&#8221; Mrs. Obama told Oprah in an interview to be broadcast Thursday. &#8220;You get it done. That&#8217;s how you&#8217;re trained. That&#8217;s what you&#8217;re taught.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Obama appears with journalists Tom Brokaw and Bob Woodward, who also talk about their work with military families.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The First Lady, confesses she has made military families a focal point  of her White House work, and said \u201cthey impress her in many ways from their willingness to sacrifice without complaint moves me every single time.
