IBO\/IBF\/WBO Heavyweight Champion, Wladimir Klitschko, 55-3, 49 KO\u2019s, will be taking on WBA Heavyweight Champion, David \u201cHayemaker\u201d Haye, 25-1, 23 KO\u2019s, in late July.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The fight has been close to materializing twice, but has fallen through on both occasions, but it never came together until now. Everything has been agreed upon with the exception of the venue, but that has been reported not to anything that would jeopardize this fight from happening.<\/p>\n<p>Klitschko \u2013 Haye is a very important fight for boxing and the biggest challenge to Wlad in quite some time. It is certainly the biggest challenge to Haye.
