Casey Anthony Parents Declare: SHE KILLED CAYLEE!!!
A lawyer for the parents of accused murderer Casey Anthony told a CNN reporter that Cindy and George Anthony do not believe their daughter is innocent. Mark Lippman, the attorney said that the couple did not want their daughter to be executed for the crime, but they are far from convinced that she is innocent.
Casey Anthony is on trial for first degree murder and her Defense Team has been fighting back against a mountain of circumstantial evidence presented by the Prosecution, linking her to the death of her 2 year old daughter, Caylee.
The Defense has attempted to shift blame to Casey’s father, George, not only stating that he attempted to cover up the death of Caylee, but is also a molester, having traumatized the defendant throughout her childhood. This defense has been used before. The Menendez brothers, convicted of murdering their parents claimed molestation and it gained public sympathy, until they were retried and the cameras went away, leading to convictions.
Casey is in the public’s eye and not too many people seem to be buying the Defense’s story, but they may be creating some reasonable doubt, as they bring in experts to testify that there was no evidence of a decomposing body in the trunk of Casey’s car, which is the entire Prosecution’s case, or at least the majority of it.
