CAPTAIN AMERICA has had quite the opening and has generated a lot of attention. Although it may not have grossed the amount that was hoped for, it did seem to go over well with the fans of the comic book and that is a good start. The word of mouth is spreading and it may have a long stay at the top of the box office.

Geno McGahee’s FAMILY SECRET (Webhead Entertainment/X Posse Production) has been steadily making its way into the mainstream market, quickly establishing itself as the best horror indie film of the year. Covered in Fangoria, IFC, and MTV, FAMILY SECRET has been a hit among horror fans.

McGahee announced SICKLE, his newest film, which is currently filming, a monster movie that is already being compared to A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET. There is no rest for the wicked as McGahee is currently in the final edits of SCARY TALES, an anthology filmed in 2010.
