Boxing News: Promoter Butch Lewis’ Service Set for August 1st

Butch Lewis, legendary boxing promoter and manager, film and music producer, dealmaker and humanitarian, will be celebrated at his home-going service on Monday, August 1, 2011 at the Chase Center on the Riverfront (815 Justison Street) in Wilmington, Delaware. The Reverend Al Sharpton will deliver the eulogy. Lewis, 65, died of natural causes at his home in Bethany Beach, Delaware on Saturday, July 23. Viewing and Repast 7AM to 10:30AM, Service 11AM.
