Boxing News: Hector Camacho, JR. Returns to the Ring October 1st

Hector Camacho, Jr. (53-4-1, 28 KOs) will headline San Antonio, Texas on Oct. 1 when he takes on Golden Johnson (25-8-3, 18 KOs) at the historical La Villita’s Maverick Plaza. The card, promoted by Zeferino Entertainment, will also feature super flyweight Luis Yanez (4-0-1), bantam Bruno Escalante (3-0, 2 KOs), welter James Cantu (7-0, 4 KOs) and John Ryan Grimaldo (6-1, 5 KOs). Johnson, a former title challenger, will be coming off a four-year layoff while Camacho has been inactive since February.
