Floyd Mayweather JR: MIKE TYSON’S SHOCKING THREAT – BOXING NEWS

By Geno McGahee

Floyd Mayweather, JR., 42-0, 26 KO’s, is getting prepared for his showdown with Miguel Cotto in May, but he cannot get the name of “Manny Pacquiao” out of his head. He’s not the only one.

Mike Tyson, former Undisputed Heavyweight Champion, has come forward with his comments to WXYT in Detroit, stating: “Listen if I was president I would throw them in jail if they didn’t fight. I’d have them arrested. You can’t do that but that’s what I would try to do. I’d be like, ‘These guys need to get locked up and find a new profession until they get their heads clear.”

Iron Mike is referring to the showdown that the boxing world has wanted for years: Manny Pacquiao Vs Floyd Mayweather, JR. Tyson, like the rest, wants the fight to happen, not just to appease the fans, but to help the sport in general. The best should fight the best.

Despite Tyson’s threat of imprisonment, the two will not face off any time soon. They may both be prison bound, strangely enough. In the end, Iron Mike has the right idea, but it will take a lot more than the former heavyweight king to get these two into the ring together.
