Planet of the Apes News: Estella Warren CHARGED WITH DUI & MORE – THE TRUE STORY

LA Prosecutors charged Estella Warren with driving under the influence, hit and run, battery on a police officer and resisting arrest for an incident in May where she allegedly hit cop and attempted to flee the scene.
Warren was the hot actress in the horrible remake of PLANET OF THE APES, but the producers were smart to cast her. She’s very easy to look at, but there was no chemistry between her and Mark Wahlberg. He was more interested in making it with the chimp.
Warren, 32, was pulled over and decided not to do the chemical test and allegedly hit a cop in the face. I say “allegedly” because cops are difficult to trust. A high profile person like Warren, I wouldn’t be surprised if they beefed up the charges.
You may also recognize Warren from her role on the hit series LAW & ORDER: SVU, where she played a pregnant jumper that was rescued but turned out to be a gold digging liar. She was a great villain. Others may remember her from her modeling career where she wasn’t afraid to get naked for the camera. Come on, prosecutors, let her go! She has given so much to this world and had to suffer through the remake of the Apes. Let’s call it a wash.
