Casey Anthony: ACQUITTAL

The Prosecution has rested, and the Defense immediately asked for an acquittal. The Defense argued that the evidence was insufficient to convict Casey of killing her daughter in the first degree.

The Defense made a very strong argument, contending that there is no direct evidence that Casey killed Caylee. It is a circumstantial case, and the Defense has said that there is no case, which the judge is now considering. There is a slight chance that Casey Anthony could be acquitted today. Stay tuned…
