WBC Super Welterweight Champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez, 37-0-1, 27 KO’s scored a twelfth round TKO over WBC #3 rated Ryan Rhodes, 45-5, 31 KO’s last night at the Arena Vicente Fernandez in Guadalajara, Mexico. The fight was totally onesided, but even in defeat, Rhodes showed a lot of class in the post fight interview with Bob Papa.
